We want you to be confident using VisaOye. This policy explains when refunds apply.
If we have not yet begun processing your application, you may request a full refund of our service fee. Once processing has started, the service fee may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage.
Government visa fees are set by authorities and are generally non-refundable once an application is submitted, even if the visa is not approved.
If a visa is rejected due to a verifiable error on our part, we will refund our service fee.
Email support@tripoye.com with your reference number. We process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
